Kids love playing drums, but their enthusiasm often outweighs their ability.
Come along to a Sambanistas percussion workshop and we will teach you how to play a range of instruments including sourdos (BIG dums), tambourims (small hand held drums), bells and shakers, as part of a Brazilian-style Samba band.
Our workshops are run each Saturday afternoon from 2pm until 4pm at the beautiful City Farm in East Perth, and also on Tuesday evenings from 7pm until 9pm for those with a late bedtime.
Our workshops are suitable for the *whole* family and are a great opportunity for parents and kids to take part in a fun, creative activity together. And best of all, they are completely free! |
